Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service for Stamp, a service of TripJar Travel LLC. Because Stamp prints and physically mails real postcards to recipients you specify, the content you submit reaches third parties in the real world. This policy sets the rules for what you may send.

You may not use Stamp to create, submit, or mail any content that:

• Threatens, harasses, bullies, or intimidates any person, or is intended to frighten, stalk, or alarm a recipient.
• Is hateful or promotes violence or hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic.
• Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit, or that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor in any way.
• Is defamatory, knowingly false and damaging, or violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights.
• Infringes intellectual property — including copyrighted images, artwork, or trademarks — that you do not have the right to reproduce and mail.
• Is deceptive or fraudulent, impersonates another person or organization, or is designed to mislead the recipient (e.g., fake official notices).
• Facilitates or promotes illegal activity, or violates any applicable law.
• Is unsolicited bulk or commercial mail (spam) sent without a legitimate personal reason to contact the recipient.

Prohibited uses of the Service itself

Separate from content, you may not:

• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service, or copy or harvest data from it, except as we expressly permit.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with, disrupt, or overburden the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ data, or any systems or networks connected to the Service, or probe or test their security.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features, or use the Service in any way that could damage or impair it or interfere with any other party’s use.

Sending to recipients

You must have a legitimate reason to mail to the address you enter. Do not use Stamp to send mail to someone who has asked you not to contact them, or to harass, threaten, or repeatedly target any person or household.

Enforcement

• We use automated screening and may review content to enforce this policy.
• We may refuse, cancel, or decline to print or mail any order that we believe violates this AUP, and we may take action without prior notice.
• Depending on the violation, we may issue a refund, decline to refund, and/or refuse future service. Serious violations (such as credible threats or content that endangers a minor) may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting abuse

If you received a postcard through Stamp that you believe violates this policy, or you want a sender to stop mailing to your address, contact us at support@stamppostcard.com and we will investigate.
